NV5 is actively seeking a Project Reviewer to play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of survey projects. You would be responsible for meticulously reviewing ALTA surveys, corresponding with surveyors and clients, and upholding industry standards to achieve client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Review all first drafts of surveys promptly, aiming to complete reviews within 2 business days of receipt.
  • Save and respond to all client comments and revision requests, processing them to Field Professionals (FPs).
  • Forward zoning reports to surveyors upon receipt, accompanied by first draft review comments.
  • Address any zoning-related inquiries or revision requests in collaboration with the appropriate analyst.
  • Save, log, and distribute revised drafts of surveys and zoning reports to clients.
  • Request, save, and distribute final sign and sealed (S&S) survey PDFs upon client approval.
  • Obtain quotes from surveyors and zoning authorities for additional work as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and tools.
  • Previous experience in surveying, project review, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
