We are seeking a Stormwater Quality Engineer to join our team of Water Resources experts in Long Beach, CA. This leadership position is a seller-doer responsible for leading growth, developing client relationships, managing project teams, and serving as a senior technical expert. The team works to serve our existing and rapidly growing client base in multiple sectors; including public agencies (Phase I and II NPDES Permittees), industrial clients (ie: aerospace, manufacturing, food service, etc.), schools and universities, and development (real estate and construction). This position is available for our Long Beach, CA office and offers a hybrid work setting.
The pay range for this California position is $120,000- $150,000 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
