Responsibilities

The Instrument Man will demonstrate knowledge and have experience in the following:
  • Working knowledge of surveying equipment
  • Experience with Topcon Total Stations, TDS software a plus
  • Read a survey grade level
  • Take level notes and drawing sketches
  • Perform basic calculations
  • Upload/download data to/from a data collector on a regular basis
  • Maintain field equipment
  • Stock survey fleet truck with supplies and maintain inventory
  • Basic survey fleet truck maintenance (wash, check oil, etc.)

Qualifications

  • HS degree/diploma or equivalent
