NV5's Cleveland, OH office has a great opportunity for a senior level mechanical engineer to support our growing Planning and Design Group!
This position requires a candidate with strong leadership skills, and technical expertise in executing and managing the mechanical design of complex projects in the pharmaceutical and laboratory facility design field, with strong clean room design experience. The ability to balance technical proficiency with project management skills is crucial for success in this role.
Supervision received is essentially administrative. With assignments given in terms of broad general objective and limits. The Senior Mechanical Engineer will mentor more junior engineers and designers and work closely with the Group Leader(s) to ensure that company goals and guidelines are maintained.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience designing and managing projects independently,
Experience in the design of Cell and Gene and Biotherapy facilities are a plus.
PE is required.
