If you are a Piping Designer aiming to grow your career within Power Delivery & Gas Design, then our Gas Piping Designer opportunity will provide you with a fulfilling position having you utilize your experience in preparing construction drawings and other documents to design portions of projects, as assigned.
You will support multiple projects among remote offices and prioritize work tasks. This includes being part of a project team and working on developing construction-ready documents and plans for bidding, permitting, construction, completion, and cost-estimating activities. All work activities for underground utility development will follow client, NV5, and industry standards, specifically working within AutoCAD Civil 3D and Plant 3D applications.
This position can is based in NV5’s San Diego office. This role has potential to be hybrid or full-time remote after initial onboarding & training period.

The pay range for this California position is $30.00- $40.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
