Plumbing Inspector Plans Examiner

Immediate part-time position available for FL Licensed Plumbing Inspector and Plans Examiner for Private Provider Code Compliance and Construction Quality Assurance services for a variety of construction projects in Southeast Florida.

• Perform Florida Building Code Inspections
• Perform Plans Review for code compliance (if PX licensed)
• Perform Quality Control Inspections

Education/Qualifications:

• 3-5 years Florida Building Code experience
• 2-3 years South Florida inspection experience
• Experience on projects in Southeast Florida market: Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach preferred.
• Private Provider experience preferred.
  
  

Certifications/Licenses:

• Florida FS 468 Licensed Plumbing Inspector (BN) required.
• Florida FS 468 Licensed Plumbing Plans Examiner (PX) preferred.
