The Associate Team Leader plays a supporting role to the Team Leader, and works collaboratively with other Associate Team Leaders and technical leaders to facilitate successful project completion. This individual helps supervise a team of knowledge workers who perform all production tasks required to move a project unit through from post-acquisition to delivery. Responsibilities of this role include helping to identify technical workflow and process improvement opportunities, project benchmark monitoring and data quality control. In addition, the Associate Team Leader supports personnel management of the employees within the team, and the tracking of individual KPI metrics of team members. The Associate Team Leader stands in as Team Leader when that individual is out of the office or otherwise unable to perform Team Leader duties.
