This position is for a senior surveyor or professional land surveyor that supervises technical staff, provides professional review of work products; helps manage office and field workload under the direction of the Survey Manager, and supports the Survey Manager by maintaining projects on schedule and budget
The person in this position provides all types of survey research, computations, review of computer-aided survey drafting of topographic maps and plats, written descriptions of land for deeds, leases, and other legal documents in accordance with local, state, federal and project requirements. Reviews projects, performs quality assurance, reports progress through completion on each project assigned by the Director of Survey.

The pay range for this California position is $150,000.00- $180,000.00 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
