This position is for a Survey Manager / Director to lead an established team of Project Surveyors and technical staff, provide professional review of work products; helps manage office and field production and workload, and supports the Survey Department by maintaining projects on schedule and budget. This position will also be responsible to assist the Operations Manager and other service line Directors and PMs with Business Development efforts including the preparation of scopes of work, fee estimates, proposals and to foster and grow positive client relationships.
