We are seeking a Structural Engineer II (E2) to join our Substation Structural Team within our Power Delivery Group. This role will be based in our San Diego, CA or Phoenixville, PA office. This role will begin as in-office but can progress to remote/hybrid as the employee becomes more integrated with the team.
Our Structural Engineers are expected to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet the needs of our clients. They contribute to the analysis and design of all structural elements within the substation, including steel structures, foundations, and anchorage. They also contribute to the design of transmission line steel lattice towers, steel poles, and foundations. They are expected to be responsive, proactive, and solution oriented.

The pay range for this California position is $75,000.00- $105,000.00 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
