Project Adminstrator Responsibilities:

  • Receive and assign field inspection requests
  • Receive and assign permit and shop drawing plans review requests
  • Organize and maintain project files
  • Prepare documents to submit to the city
  • Track permits online
  • Organize inspection reports
  • Communicate with clients and contractors
  • Work with plans examiners and inspectors in the company


Project Adminstrator Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Construction industry experience a plus
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • English required; English and Spanish a plus
  • ICC Permit Technician and other certifications are a bonus
