The Project Engineer/Geologist acts as the liaison between the project manager and technical disciplines involved in a project and is the primary technical point of contact for the customer. Independently performs project-related assignments. The Project Engineer/Geologist works under the supervision of a Senior Engineer. Clientele includes public school, hospitals, public works/municipalities, mining, commercial, and residential. The Project Engineer/Geologist level will manage geotechnical engineering investigations, perform engineering design, and manage construction materials testing and special inspections. The person must possess skills in problem solving, critical thinking, and must be steadfast in the execution of assigned duties. The Project Engineer/Geologist acts as the liaison between the project manager and technical disciplines involved in a project and is the primary technical point of contact for the customer.
