NV5 is seeking a qualified HR corporate business partner for our high growth fast paced publicly traded company to oversee our human resources operations and to ensure they are aligned with our business goals. The successful candidate will have the expertise to set metrics, collect data and provide analytics to guide decision making at the corporate and operational leadership teams level to support NV5’s strategic goals. This role can be filled in our San Diego, CA office location or in our headquarters in Hollywood, FL. 


  • Ability to challenge the status quo and work toward positive business changes throughout the organization.
  • Capacity to conduct research, analyze HR data and prepare reports to assist management teams in making business decisions including compensation market analyses and role evaluations.
  • Utilize knowledge of various human resources functions to provide tactical support to line managers.
  • Function as liaison and provide oversight of the corporate human resources functions

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university
  • 7+ years human resources corporate experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
