NV5 Geospatial (NV5G) is actively recruiting a GIS Analyst to support physical real property inventories and system updates in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 405-45 Real Property Inventory 21 Management & Army Pamphlet (DA Pam) 405-45 on assets located at U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz. These inventories will support the development of high-quality datasets under the Enterprise Proactive Real Property Interactive Space Management System (ePRISMS) standard. The successful candidate will be able to validate, edit, and update real property data assets, generate related reports.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct physical real property inventories and system updates on 700 assets.
  • Validate existence and completeness of real property assets and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the establishment of an accurate and complete installation Real Property Inventory (RPI) within the Army’s Accountable Property System of Record (APSR) for Real Property – the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).
  • Perform GFEBS update and edits as required.
  • Maintain/Correlate Real Property Inventories with ePRISMs.
  • Obtain access to ePRIMS and the GIS system of USAG-RP and use reference sources for updating and maintaining GFEBS. Conduct quarterly correlation analyses relating reference sources to the GFEBS.
  • Develop final deliverables documenting all collected and developed floor plans (drawn, submitted for comment, finalized, quality assured) and loaded to ePRISMS.
  • Support final project briefings at the U.S. government installation.
  • Perform data related updates on the installation network.
  • Work will occur onsite at U.S. Army Garrison Rheinland-Pfalz.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of directly related experience, preference for previous government facility data collection work with a focus on ePRISMS or real property inventory experience.
  • Experience with GIS and CADD data; developing, analyzing, manipulating, extracting and importing of data to meet project requirements.
  • Must be self-motivated with exceptional planning, critical thinking, analytical and communication skills.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain badging at a U.S. government facility for security clearance purposes.
  • Must be authorized to work in Germany.
  • Fluency in English required.
