Engineers support NV5’s national service lines in multiple specialty areas: gas line and facility solutions, electricity transmission, electricity distribution, or civil/structural. At this level, the engineer independently evaluates, selects, and applies techniques, procedures, and criteria, using judgement in making adaptations and modifications. Engineers are increasingly well-versed in leading engineering teams in the delivery of appropriate systems and solutions through planning, engineering, design, construction, and utility industry consulting on complex projects for local and national clients. Solid written and verbal communication skills are essential. Engineers at this level are actively involved in the process of bringing in work for the firm.
