    NV5 is looking for an Assistant Transportation Engineer for either the Fresno, CA or Sacramento, CA location..

    Responsibilities

    • Provide assistance to senior staff with production of drawings in CAD for transportation related infrastructure projects including roadway, bikeway, parking lots, utility and site design. Assist with preparation/production of specs, reports, cost estimates, and project-related documents.
    • Research equipment and costs as needed.
    • Assist with modeling software. Provide field assistance as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of BS in Civil Engineering

    • Recent graduate to 3 years of relevant work experience

    • MS preferred.

    • Skilled in AutoCAD and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

       

    Certifications/Licenses:

    • The successful candidate shall possess a California Driver’s License
    • Engineer In Training (EIT) is preferred.
