Desire to learn to assemble and lead a project team and to deliver significant projects on time and on budget. General duties will be to act as the Owner’s Representative in all aspects of managing the development of new facilities across all sectors, including:
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Desire and ability to work independently with excellent people skills and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively on large and diverse projects. 2-10 years of experience in design and construction projects with supervisory experience managing a project or consultant team. Hospital or healthcare experience a plus.
Education/Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Project Management, Engineering, or Facilities Management preferred.
Certifications/Licenses: Professional Registration or Project Management Certification desirable but not required.
Software: Basic Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook skills. CADD, BIM and other scheduling software a plus
