    Under supervision, prepares design drawings of moderate to high complexity based on verbal instructions, sketches, and/or formal documents.


    • Prepares floor plans, site plans, equipment and component design drawings and other drawings for construction and remodel projects using computer aided drafting techniques.
    • Utilizes AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop and/or Revit equipment and maintains current knowledge of CAD technology principles and applications.
    • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
    • Maintain and update Drafting Standards for the Technology Department
    • Draft multi-discipline drawings for Audiovisual, Telecommunications, and Security Designs.
    • Able to manage multiple projects.
    • Responsible to deliver accurate and high-quality work product while meeting tight deadlines


    • High school diploma or GED; at least 2 year of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
    • Willingness to learn or ability to use REVIT


    • Certificate of Competency in Architectural Drafting preferred
