    NV5 is seeking a hands on Corporate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist whose top priority is excellent customer service for both internal and external customers and is the right cultural fit.  As a member of our HR team you will identify, source, assess and hire a variety of positions. You'll work closely with our Hiring Managers, Senior Management, and HR team to create the best candidate experience possible. You will lead and/or participate in projects that elevate the organization. Other fun projects may include branding initiatives, social media, system upgrades, process improvements and other duties as assigned. We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a highly-motivated and experienced corporate Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us meet our goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for accuracy of the applicant data to ensure accurate recruitment and compliance reporting.
    • Own the full cycle recruitment process.
    • Initiate continual improvement ideas with regards to recruiting processes and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
    • Lead the development and maintenance of projects within the automated recruitment process within iCIMS.
    • Generate recruiting metrics reporting via iCIMS ATS.
    • Develop and implement new processes to improve company and employee standards relative to recruiting best practices.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to coordinate all aspects of the recruiting process.
    • Manage an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring an efficient process and timely communication.
    • Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate and schedule interviews when needed.
    • Processes offer letters to candidates.
    • Gather feedback from interviewers, track candidate activity in iCIMS.
    • Monitor and respond to recruitment related emails
    • Coordinate and execute recruiting events (i.e. college career fairs).
    • Sourcing using LinkedIn, Indeed and other social networking tools.
    • Negotiate and maintain relations/agreements with third party recruiters.
    • Conduct reference checks, as needed.

    Qualifications

    • 4-year degree preferred.
    • 6+  years of experience preferably in a corporate recruiting role.
    • Strong technical skills and experience in implementing an HRIS or ATS system is required.
    • Fluency in web-based recruiting tools, including social media and job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
    • Deep knowledge of HR processes and systems, HR legal compliance and the use of social media to support talent acquisition.
    • Familiarity with state laws required, specifically CA, MA, NJ, NY.
    • Deltek software knowledge a plus.
    • Strong, demonstrated ability to multitask.
    • Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
    • Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal).
    • Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a high growth, fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated experience/maturity to handle confidential and sensitive information.
    • Possess a positive, service-oriented attitude with excellent follow through on issues.
