    NV5 has a need for a Receptionist in Las Vegas, NV.  The succussful candidate  will Oversee the front desk and provide  administrative support to staff including project based work.


    Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing. Manage/coordinate calendar, schedules, travel arrangements and incoming/outgoing correspondence. Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies. Daily coordination with runner. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Two plus years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant.
    • Construction industry experience a plus.
