    Our San Diego Power Group has an immediate opening for a Project Coordinator / Assistant - to assist with the day to day operations. The successful candidate will assist the Power Group Managers and provide administrative and coordination support for the SDG&E Electric Distribution Contract. This position requires good communication (both verbal and written) skills, someone who is comfortable in a fast paced environment and has good independent decision making capabilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Document control
    • Project Meetings (agenda, meeting minutes)
    • Maintenance of project files and project status spreadsheets
    • Type/edit documents
    • Administrative and coordination duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Two plus years of clerical office experience.
    • Training in typing, filing, and office procedures.
    • Knowledge of word processing.
    • MS Word.
    • MS Excel.
    • MS Project.
    • PowerPoint.
    • Primavera Experience is desired
