    These positions will directly assistance senior engineers and project managers with both engineering planning and design services for water and wastewater pipelines, conveyance systems, transmission/distribution systems, and treatment/disposal systems. 


    Responsibilities will include production of engineering drawings in CAD; the preparation/production of specs, reports, cost estimates, and other project-related documents; hydraulic modelling; and occasional field work. Research assignments related to equipment, costs and environmental and permitting support may also be required. 


    • Minimum requirements include a Bachelor of Science (or equivalent) in Civil or Environmental Engineering, with 2-4 years of relevant work experience (may include applicable co-op/intern assignments).
    • The successful candidate(s) should be proficient in the use of AutoCAD and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with ArcGIS and Civil 3D is considered a plus.
    • The successful candidate should also possess good communication and time-management skills.

    The successful candidate shall possess a valid California Driver’s License; completion of the EIT exam is preferred, but not required.
