    Responsibilities

    Immediate part-time positions available for Registered Architects and Professional Engineers (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) as well as Licensed Building, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Inspectors and Plans Examiners needed for Private Provider Code Compliance and Construction Quality Assurance services for a variety of construction projects in Southeast Florida.

     

    • Building Code and/or Quality Control Inspections and Plans Review

    Qualifications

    • 5 years Florida Building Code experience, minimum.
    • Must have experience on projects in Southeast Florida market: Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Palm Beach.
    • Private Provider experience a plus

    Certifications/Licenses:

    • Florida FS 468 Licensed Inspector (BN) and Florida FS 468 Licensed Plans Examiner (PX)
      or Florida 471 Licensed Professional Engineer
      or Florida 481 Licensed Architect
