    The Intern role works as a support member of the General Office/Administrative Staff delivering on assigned projects/tasks.

    Responsibilities

     

    Duties include, but are not limited to:

     

    Provide administrative and engineering support tasks such as:

    • Word processing and general support duties as assigned
    • Assist in preparation and review of spreadsheets, reports, and other correspondence
    • Provide support for staff for office administrative tasks, including but not limited to
      • Complete copying/binding
      • Provide support for all general administrative duties
      • Other tasks as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Access, Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
    • Requires standing for periods of time to complete such tasks copying, assembling packets, binding, filing and archiving project/other files in storage area.
    • Requires the ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
