    Dade Moeller, an NV5 Company is recruiting for Administrative Support for work at the Hanford Nuclear Reservation in Richland, WA. This is a Potential Future Opportunity.

    • Transferring data to new templates using Microsoft Word 
    • Scan documents and add non-record files/versions to IDMS 
    • Update Reference links in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) from files in IDMS 
    • Add generic forms/documents to packages (pre-job, independent verification form, last performance copies, etc.) 
    • Make non-record copies of documents 
    • Scan documents and add record copies to IDMS 
    • Transcribe data from hard-copy Work Documents/Records to CMMS. 
    • Update CMMS Component database. 
    • Process work packages for records retention 
    • Printing and assembling of work packages 
    • Experience with Microsoft Office products
    • Detail oriented


    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree highly desirable.
    • Hanford or DOE experience preferred.
