    The successfull candidate will be responsible for oversight, inspection and quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) of all construction work being completed inside mine tunnel. 


    Site-specific MSHA training (4-hr class) will be paid by NV5 and occurs every Monday morning at 8 am sharp. All field personnel will stay at the General Kearny Inn (GKI) in Kearny, AZ (direct paid by NV5). Per diem shall be $225/week. Work shift will be a 10-hr/day.


    The length of the project will be approximately 11-12 weeks.



    • Photograph and prepare daily field production (provided) forms utilizing iPAD
    • Be knowledgeable of health and safety protocols in site-specific health and safety plan (HASP)
    • Understand working in limited access/egress conditions; field document subcontractor.


    • MSHA 5000-23 Certified
