    The successful candidate will provide necessary SDG&E material and data entry required for SDG&E electric and gas contract projects and Applicant Design projects. 

    Responsibilities

    • Provides day to day coordination between the NV5 team and SDG&E on both SDG&E contract projects as well as private sector Applicant Design projects.
    • Assists with coordinating and managing project activities.
    • Schedules, processes, compiles, prepares, and distributes various documents.
    • Maintains records, reports, and project documentation.
    • Receives, processes, and distributes a variety of documents such as plans, exhibits, work orders, construction standards and permits, agreements, and invoices. 
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • High school education or equivalent required; an Associate’s Degree preferred.
    • Thirty years equivalent experience at SDG&E
    • Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities required.
    • Advanced knowledge with personal computer systems operation, and Microsoft Office Suite programs.
