Responsible for deliveries and front desk back up including help with answering phones.


  • Use of company car to deliver project based work to our clients.
  • Field incoming phone calls and route visitors in office.
  • Assist with ordering and maintaining office supplies.
  • Manage/coordinate calendar, schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to scanning, photocopying, faxing, filing and archiving.
  • Distributing incoming mail and packages and prepare outgoing mail and FedEx.
  • Coordinate and arrange department Lunch and Learn sessions.
  • Assist department coordinators with preparation of submittals, RFI's, ASR's, Proposals, Specs, Reports, and general correspondence.
  • Assist in application for and maintenance of Professional Licenses.
  • Any other job duties as assigned.


  • High school diploma or GED


  • Possess a valid Driver’s License with good driving history.

Working Conditions:
Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as outside temperatures, dirt, dust, and/or noises.
