NV5 is looking for a Structural Designer for its St. Paul, MN location.



  • This individual would be involved in the layout and drawing production of industrial structural projects as well as electrical substation structures.
  • Strong skills and desire to work with our internal engineering staff in the delivery of projects.
  • Ability to prepare design drawings in Revit, or similar BIM software.


  • 2-year technical degree in drafting or related field
  • 3+ years’ minimum experience in structural drawing preparation
  • Revit or other BIM software experience is required
  • Solidworks and/or Microstation experience is desirable
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and staff
  • Steel and concrete project experience
