NV5 is currently seeking a Group Leader / Sr. Project Manager.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and well versed on leading and contributing to engineering teams in the delivery of mechanical engineering design and familiarity with mechanical systems commissioning, energy and consulting on complex projects for local and national clients. Success in this position requires a person who can adapt to a variety of personalities and business conditions. The person must possess skills in problem solving and critical thinking, and must be steadfast in the execution of assigned duties. The person needs to be an effective leader and collaborator with an ability to build and motivate teams, and a persuasive negotiator who can secure favorable terms with internal and external constituencies. The person must have an ability to manage conflict.
