NV5 has a need for a Planner/Urban Designer at its Parsippany, NJ location.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across in-house disciplines (engineering, environmental, architecture)
  • Contribute to development of graphic plans, technical reports and presentations
  • Participate in fieldwork, public meetings, research and data collection

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in planning, landscape architecture, urban design or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience with local/regional public agency or consultant firm
  • Interest in multimodal transportation planning & design
  • Excellent writing and communications skills
  • Expertise with ArcGIS, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Google KMZ and other graphic software
  • Second language skills desirable
  • Social Media and website related applications a plus
