We are seeking a highly qualified Laboratory Auditor/Assessor.


  • Observe and audit laboratory testing per the TNI, and EPA Technical method requirements
  • Be able walk through laboratories with the appropriate safety equipment
  • Interface with those being audited in a professional and non-combative manner
  • Write audit reports with findings in a manner consistent with TNI, A2LA and State methodology
  • Submit and perform work per pre-agreed upon schedules
  • Travel within the US with reasonable notice



  • Bachelor of Science Degree in from an accredited college or university
  • Have 25 years of laboratory testing experience and supervised laboratory testing
  • Demonstrated ability to perform at the professional level with at least 20 or more years of water, soil testing experience
  • In-depth understanding of stack testing and air testing and calibration of testing equipment
  • Good knowledge of electrical theories, design principles and practices, and design evaluation techniques
  • Good communication and presentation skills to properly communicate information to peers, customers, vendors, and management
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, planning and problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
  • Strong commitment to providing superior customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Must be willing to take and pass TNI Lead Assessor classes, EPA drinking water classes and other technology based auditing classes.
  • Must have been part of a laboratory that was NVLAP (NIOSH), TNI, or ISO 17025 accredited.



  • ISO 17025 Laboratory Testing Standard or TNI Standard (preferred but not required)
