The Environmental Technician/Damage Assessor/Building Inspector will conduct building inspections, damage assessments, environmental sampling including mold, lead, asbestos, exposure monitoring, industrial hygiene and air quality sampling.

 

May include travel to Houston, TX and Florida.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will perform environmental assessments and sampling such as:

  • Moisture mapping of flooded buildings to prepare remediation protocol/ scope of work for renovations.
  • Asbestos & lead sampling.
  • mold and bacteria sampling.
  • Damage assessments.
  • indoor air quality sampling
  • Potential report writing.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree is  preferred
  • One-year experience in mold, asbestos, lead, or other remediation activities.


Certifications/Licenses:

  • Asbestos Building Inspector.
  • Mold Consultant .
