Currently our New York office is seeking a Registered Architect to manage public projects.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare contract documents and specifications.
  • Support the practice in the development of new and existing client relationships.
  • Responsible for the coordination of sub-consultants.
  • Must be able to manage projects of varied type and scale both independently and as a collaborative team.

Qualifications

 

  • B.A. in Architecture.
  • Eight to ten years of experience.
  • New York License.
  • Superior AutoCad skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Construction knowledge is essential.
