NV5 is seeking a Civil / Site Engineer – Senior Project Manager to support the growth of our Philadelphia practice. This role offers the opportunity to lead civil/site engineering projects in the public and private realm while working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
About the Role
The position will initially focus on managing and delivering civil engineering design for park, trail, higher-education, and community redevelopment projects, working closely with landscape architects, planners, and fellow engineers, business development support, and team management roles including mentoring, weekly scheduling, and helping to refine standards and protocols to improve team efficiency and design consistency . Over time, this role is expected to take on broader leadership responsibility as the candidate would help the Office Director to grow the site-civil/water team by in his efforts to expand NV5’s site‑civil capabilities in the Philadelphia region (and beyond) with an emphasis on sustainable and resilient infrastructure.
