The Scan Technician I is an entry-level field role responsible for supporting scanning operations under direct supervision. This role is learning-oriented by design — the expectation is that the individual is building foundational skills in equipment operation, site awareness, and point cloud fundamentals. This is a stepping-stone position; demonstrated growth and reliability are what lead to advancement.

• Shadow senior team members; ask questions and apply feedback consistently.
• Learn to recognize data quality issues and escalate them appropriately rather than working around them.
