The Geospatial Production Team Lead will support the day-to-day execution of mobile LiDAR and imagery-based asset inventory production workflows. This role will lead a team of production operators responsible for reviewing imagery, interacting with geospatial tools, supporting asset extraction workflows, validating outputs, and ensuring work is completed accurately and consistently. This position is intended to be a hands-on leadership role focused on team coordination, quality oversight, tool execution, workflow adherence, and performance management. The Team Lead may be responsible for running production tools, reviewing outputs, supporting operators, troubleshooting workflow issues, and helping ensure that production targets are met. The ideal candidate has experience in GIS, transportation asset inventory, geospatial production workflows, and team leadership. Experience with prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, or automation-supported production processes is strongly preferred.
