We are looking for a SUE Technician I to support the Survey group. We place great importance on integrity, excellence, responsibility, stewardship, and dedication while being passionate client advocates dedicated to improving and growing communities. 

Responsibilities

The SUE Technician I will demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following:
 
  • Location of underground utilities such as water, gas, power, fiber optic, and telephone.
  • Identification of utility sizes, materials, and types.
  • Work as part of a two-to-four-man crew.
  • Collection of existing conditions information for the assessment and identification of underground utilities.
  • Assist with operation and maintenance of vacuum excavation truck.
  • Be knowledgeable of the quality levels of SUE and how to differentiate between each one.
  • Ability to help implement new technologies and methods.
  • Provide support for land survey in the creation of topographic maps.

Qualifications

  • HS degree/diploma or equivalent
