NV5 is currently seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with 6 -10 years’ of experience for our New York City Office. Candidates shall have good writing skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a collaborative setting on projects for public and private clients. Candidates shall be required to demonstrate practical and progressive experience in the following areas:
Candidates having OSHA 10-hour, 30-hour, or 40-hour training a plus.
Experience with AutoCAD is required.
Knowledge and experience using geotechnical analysis programs, such as Slide, APile, LPile, All-Pile, WEAP, CivilTech Shoring Suite, Deep EX, PLAXIS, Shake 2000, and other advanced modelling programs a plus.

The pay range for this position in New York City is $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year. Base pay offered for this New York–based role may vary and can be higher or lower depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the role offered.
