The Technical Specialist works to support the production team and office in matters regarding technical proficiencies, troubleshooting, and engages in all steps of a project. This individual works with Technical Experts and Management on product innovation, workflow scalability, creative problem solving, and business unit growth. The Technical Specialist influences technical growth across the organization and mentors others in technical leadership. They support scope clarification with clients and can assist in client communication. They have a good understanding of all projects the team is working on and can fill any support role. This position will work individually and as part of a team to support data production in an ArcMap, PLS-CADD and Microstation environment; finalizing data deliverables based on client requests.
