Position Overview: Principal Consultant
The Principal Consultant will lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality consulting and design services to clients across various sectors. This role requires active engagement in multiple concurrent projects, ensuring excellence in execution, technical accuracy, and client satisfaction. In addition to project leadership, the Principal Consultant will spearhead business development initiatives within their region, contributing to the strategic growth of the practice.
This is a remote (Work From Home) position, and we welcome candidates located in major metropolitan markets across the U.S.
All candidates must be driven to satisfy the needs of end users and have the ability to deliver high caliber end results in a timely manner while operating without direct supervision. Some overnight travel may be required. Navigating building construction sites is required for most project assignments.
The pay range for this Washington DC position is $150,000- $200,000 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Medical, dental, and vision insurance are also offered to full-time employees, along with Flexible Spending Accounts and Health Savings Accounts, with employee and employer contributions.
