NV5 is seeking a an Intern for our Parsippany, NJ office.  The summer intern will work on challenging assignments that include investigating, troubleshooting, and solving a wide variety of civil, structural, and environmental engineering problems. In this job, you will execute and assist with:

• Preparation of technical calculation reports and construction documents meeting client and NV5 requirements.
• Development of your career via peer-learning through sharing of knowledge with other experienced engineers.
• Traveling to client sites as needed.

• In-progress engineering degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program is required.
• A concentration in civil, structural, and/or environmental design is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must possess or be able to obtain a valid driver’s license prior to employment-preferred.

Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Base pay offered for this New York based role may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided in accordance with NY Senate Bill S1326.
