Responsibilities

As an accounting assistant, you will:

  • Assist with following up on past due accounts.
  • Apply customer payments to open accounts
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Compensation: Starting Base compensation of $37,000 -$40,000 plus participation in quarterly bonus program which has the potential to exceed an additional $5,000 more each year.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting a plus
