Financial Accountant (m/f/d) - Germany/Munich (full-time or part-time)

NV5 Geospatial Solutions Germany is seeking an experienced assistant accountant to join the European finance team. The successful candidate will report to the European controller and will also work closely with the European finance team.

We are looking for passionate, driven individuals to join our team as Assistant Accountant focused on the financial and HR side of our business in Germany, The Netherlands and Europe. The German subsidiary of NV5 is in the West of Munich.

• Sales order processing and invoicing
• Managing Purchase ledger and supplier payments
• Bank reconciliations and credit control
• Preparation of monthly financial statements
• Balance sheet reconciliations for compliance with financial regulations
• VAT Returns and submissions
• Assisting with internal and external audits
• Main point of contact for external Dutch tax consultants

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent German and Englisch communication (Dutch is a plus)
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping
• Sound knowledge of accounting, financial reporting
• Proficient use of DATEV and MS Office applications
• Outstanding multitasking and organizational abilities
• Ability to work in hybrid mode (onsite and remote)
