The Senior Geologist plans and conducts work requiring judgment and independent evaluation in the selection and execution of standard engineering techniques. A Senior Engineer acts as a resource and specialist in the application of advanced engineering theories, concepts, and principles in the discipline. The Senior Geologist works with minimal supervision under the designated location manager.
The Senior Geologist is responsible for the successful execution of projects and preparation of high quality deliverables under their responsible charge. The Senior Engineer/Geologist will manage projects from inception to completion, including solicitation of opportunities, preparation of technical and cost proposals, contracting and contract administration, oversight of field and technical project staff, and preparation of deliverables on schedule and within budget. The Senior Engineer/Geologist is responsible for meeting the company’s objectives for quality control and profit.

The pay range for this California position is $110,000- $132,500 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate. Restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
